ACADEMICS

Sigma Delta Tau values academics achievement and growth and provides the resources for success. Active Chapter Members and New Members must maintain individual GPAs determined by Nationals as well as the chapter of Delta Eta.  Should a sister fall below this requirement, Scholarship Programing is in place to help her succeed.

Our Scholarship Chairwoman plans several study sessions a week so that all of are members are able to attend. Delta Eta also kicks of the semester with a Syllabus Night that allows our sisters to get organized for the rest of the academic year. Sisters are paired up with those within their major to form study groups and provide tutoring for difficult classes.

Every week we select a "Geek of the Week," this sister recieves a gift card (Starbucks, Caviar and Bananas, Kudu) to acknowledge her academic achievement and reward her hard work.
